At LendSuite Software, we believe in the power of unity and continuous growth. That's why our recent Team Week in Naples, Florida, from March 25–29, 2024, was a testament to our commitment to building stronger foundations, fostering teamwork, and looking ahead to exciting initiatives.
Naples, FL: A Vibrant Hub Close to Home
Nestled in the heart of Naples, FL, our Team Week took place just a stone's throw away from our home office at Tekambi. The picturesque surroundings served as an inspiring backdrop for a week filled with learning, collaboration, and camaraderie. Furthermore, this Team Week location marked a significant milestone as we hosted our first official LendSuite Conference in Naples in May 2023, bringing together various industry experts, partners, and lenders for an event filled with the latest trends, innovations, and strategies shaping the lending industry.
Making a Difference Through Volunteer Efforts
Giving back to the community is an integral part of our values at LendSuite Software.
During our Team Week, we partnered with Collier County for a volunteer effort aimed at cleaning up forests and areas affected by Hurricane Ian in 2022. Our team donned gloves and boots, working side by side with local volunteers and county officials to restore these vital natural spaces. It was a hands-on experience that not only contributed to environmental conservation but also strengthened our bonds as a team, reinforcing the spirit of unity and community at the core of LendSuite.
Strengthening Foundations Through Powerful Sessions
One of the highlights of our Team Week was a series of powerful sessions designed to cross-train our employees and strengthen our internal core competencies. Led by our esteemed LendSuite Directors:

These workshops were creative, sparked collaborative efforts within our team, and went deep into key areas of our operations, products, services, and strategies. We were also pleasantly surprised with Daniel Lee (CEO of Aquila), who joined us to share a broader view of the ambitions of LendSuite.
Amidst our busy schedule, we had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious lunch with EDGE, a valued premier partner. We were joined by Brian Reshefsky, (CEO) and Sean David Bos (VP of Sales) as they shared key insights into their scoring models, among other exciting EDGE products. Their presentation & discussions were insightful, collaborative, and reinforced the importance of strong partnerships in driving mutual success.
Deep Dives into Our Family of Solutions
Our Team Week was a strategic immersion into our comprehensive suite of solutions, covering Infinity, EPIC Loan Systems, and Tekambi.
These in-depth sessions not only deepened our grasp of each software but also provided crucial insights into how our products synergize to meet the diverse needs of lenders.
As our team spent time teaching each other LendSuite's different solutions, we fortified our expertise across all products, empowering us to deliver tailored solutions and knowledgeable, unmatched value to our current and future lending clients.
Challenging and Fun Team Bonding Activities
While our Team Week was packed with insightful sessions and strategic discussions, we also made sure to prioritize fun and team bonding activities to strengthen our internal connections and further strengthen our bonds as a team.
Throughout the week, we organized team building competitions that brought out the best in our teams. From creative challenges to problem-solving games, these activities encouraged collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking. Team members bonded over shared victories and embraced a spirit of mutual support and encouragement.
Whether it was breakfast brainstorming sessions or lively lunches, these shared experiences created moments of connection and unity. We laughed, we debated, and we celebrated, truly embodying the spirit of a close-knit family rather than just a workforce.
As the grand finale of our Team Week, we celebrated with a memorable Catamaran Sunset Dinner Party. Against the backdrop of a stunning sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, our team came together for an evening of laughter, good food, and shared stories. It was a fitting conclusion to a week of hard work and collaboration, highlighting our unity and collective achievements.
Exciting Plans for 2024 and Beyond
As we reflected on our achievements and learnings during Team Week, we also set our sights on the future. Big plans are underway at LendSuite, including initiatives, website refreshes, and a tantalizing hint at the upcoming LendSuite Conference 2025.
